Okay, I took my instant nap... (read; Valium) I'm okay.

We always run into this one.  Dirt is right - a good one for the Meeting room.  Personally, I am not real keen on the idea of multiple toons for the same config so it never occurs to me that others might be hot for it.  Also, this question arizes alot when talking of QR, in which case it is not appropriate.  However in this case...

Fit has spoken, let it be so.

I ran the Boss straight from the shop to the track.  We didn't even take time to see if the oil pump was primed.  Just ran it through my tuning tools and headed for the track...

Copperhead: 116.309
Boomslang: 105.797
Russel's Viper: 93.022

I am pleased...

;D

Great, one build, one tune it is!  :)

Now most of you pay no attention to this, the rules are set, no more discussion needed, it's just a side note to Blooze  ;)  I run multiple tunes on the same build of a car but the differences are usually just the aero.  For example, I'll run min df for a course like Sunset Short but then put it all on max for say Maple Valley.  In fact when running online races I'll often adjust the areo based on the track right before a race.

And FD - for the 'Ring especially.

As another side note:  I think I have developed a twitch from Forza withdraw - I need to get on the 360, NOW!  :D

As this is still a virgin run for these discussion is very welcome.  However there is already a dedicated thread over in the Blooze garage on Muscle Inc Class development.  I have all of my Series build notes in my speedshop but that was mostly thinking out loud and quantifying progress.

I'm really looking forward to re-participating in this with the rest of my stable.  I hope even though there have been a couple of small hurdles everyone is still havin a good time with the new cars.  Above all of the variables I want enjoyment to remain a constant, a very high constant variable.

Sidenote: I have 3 cars painted and ready for a paint poll.   7 more and I have an entire track pack.  Bimmer lets see how good these look in white  ;)
Go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

LOL, I experience a constant tingling in my calf muscles. I fear that they ache for a set of pedals to play with. They didn't get their fix last night...

First run with the JEi Shelby GT500KR

Copperhead - 117.572
Boomslang - 104.805
Russel's Reverse - 93.473
Total - 315.85

One thing that may be interesting is trying to perfect the launch in these things - I can't just rev & drop the clutch like I can on my less-torquey, grippier Europeans.

But man, I love that sound!  And these things are alot of fun to drive to boot!

EDIT: Brainfart - didn't run the other two races.  Give me a couple of minutes here...

Edit2 - Times inserted.

Heh, me an' Willis is about to wear that Buck kid plumb out.  He no sooner gets done runnin' one and we got another ready for him to hit the track with.  The Trans Am is really looking good.  The kid says it might be just a little quick in rotating around itself and we may have to move the centre of the car (angle of moment or some such crap...  :-\) back just a tad.

Copperhead:
115.808
Boomslang:
105.505
Russel's Rev:
92.791

This is another shop to track build with no testing ...

Well, my first trip out with the Boss, it failed inspection (no adjustable rear spoiler).  I messed around, made it fit within the PI, and re-ran.  Here are my legal times witht he Boss.  That spoiler helped a LOT.

Copperhead 117.997
Boomslang 106.388
Russel's 93.946

Since I was already there, I ran four races on each of the tracks.  In the first two cases, the best time is my fourth.  On Russel's, however, my second race was actually the best time by almost a full second.  I was beginning to think it was just the loose nut behind the wheel again...

At the risk of angering those who work a set schedule, any interest in running these in a room online tonight or this weekend?
