I sent you the car, but I would appreciate if you wouldn't give it out to just anybody, as it is a team car. Having said that, you will need to adjust your driving style significantly with this car. Corner exit is the ONLY part of the turn that really matters with this type of car. It is all about how much speed you can get down the straight. Also, the last thing you want to let the car do is slide around the corner, as it takes to long to regain traction. All of your mistakes are amplified in these cars, and it is very easy to lose a second at a time.

I got a 1:40.256 in my TA.  It's upper middle of the pack.  Hopefully I'll better it soon.

Lands-Got the Chevelle, thanks!  I tried to drive it around Road America and Road Atlanta.  I put about 15 laps on each track.  I took 40 seconds off of my first lap by the time I got to lap 15 although I had to restart every 2-3 laps due to the rear tires getting red quickly.  Road Atlanta was another story.  I never could make up enough time on the straights to offset the floundering in the turns.  I had the corner exits pretty pegged, limited wheelspin (3rd gear) and I was hittin mid 160's on all the straights.  I just never figured out the braking limits of the car.  The setup and build were everything I thought a missle was.

That car just doesn't suit my driving style and required too much attention to keep between the lines for any kind of racing.  Hotlapping would be alright but its not for me.  Thanks for the experience, now at least I can say that I've driven a "team" car.  Quite an experience.
Go sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here.

Those cars are far from easy to drive, that's for sure!

I think we'll shut this down now.

The Trans-Am has been worked up into everybody's stable I suspect, and Road America has more or less been dialed in.

I will try to get the leaderboard caught up later today!

Good job everybody!
