a class lancia stratos= fun
« on: October 17, 2007, 04:50:09 AM »
i had a go at tuning this car today, managed to do a 56.4 at tsukuba only after a few laps. just wondering if anyone has given this car a go. if anyone wants the setup, send me a stratos with all race handling upgrades and i'll do the rest. my gamertag's tank000001, yes thats 5 zeros. send us a f/r.
i'm going to do some more tuning later, see if i can get it into the 55's.
also, if someone has already got a good setup, let me know if the above time is any good, and if it's crap, well, ignore this post.

* did a 56 even on tsukuba lastnight.

I haven't built mine up to A-Class yet but I've had some fun in B-Class.

Are you using the front wing at all?

No front wing, when i tried using it, it gave the car way to much oversteer. I basicly gave it a grip setup, all handling upgrades, tyres, weight reduction and put what i could in the engine. Soft rollbars and springs, -1.0 canver, -5 neg rear tow. I found that it can take corners at high speed when when rolling, So at lot of corners when i used to break, when i'm in the stratos, i can roll in and power out. and for some reason, winning is always sweeter in that car.
